Níon Noises! (Vol.III)
Hello. I hope this week has been greatly enjoyable for you. I've not listened to much music since my last update, so here's a few of my old favourites.
Skyclad – Another Drinking Song
The perfect blend of folk and heavy metal. If you're as fond of these genres as I am, this is a band you'll want to check out. Play this one at full volume.
Public Enemy – Fight the Power
And for something completely different, a bit of hip-hop. The general message of this song is something we can all relate. It's also great fun to dance to. If only modern dance music was more like this.
Katrina & the Waves – Walking on Sunshine
Because sometimes you just have to shut up and enjoy yourself. This song is pure happiness.
The Who – Sally Simpson
While the who had plenty of hits, some of their best songs are almost never mentioned. Here's one of my favourites, from Tommy. Perhaps due to how simple the instrumentation is compared to other tunes on this album, this song reminds you that they knew how to write great lyrics on top of that. Also, I like songs that tell stories.
The Flaming Lips – Do you Realize
